Marva married her sweetheart, Milford Marsh, Jan. 23, 1949, in Twin Falls. The marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls Temple. Together they had two daughters and two sons. Marva lived in Twin Falls her whole married life.
Marva was an active member of the LDS Church. Her services included working in the Stake Primary, Sunday School teacher, Relief Society President as well as many other callings in the Relief Society. She was a visiting teacher for over 40 years and 30 of those years her companion was her best friend Peggy McBride. She was also a very active indexer and had a love for family history. She was also a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.
