Born March 9, 1921, in Rochester, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Charles and Helen Stuka Southwick. She was a member of the Chippewa Alliance Church and enjoyed reading her bible.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Billion, on April 7, 1981, and two sisters, Caroline Redmond and Mary Helen Colaizzi.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Bill McCanna, Daugherty Township; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Norman and Donna Murphy, Rochester; Charles and Dee Murphy, California, and Bill Billion, South Beaver Township; s stepdaughter, Betty Ann Billion, Warren, Ohio; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and many friends.
