Age 85, of Peabody and formerly of Chelsea - Son of the late Harvey and Dinah (Penney) Mugford and husband of the late Barbara (Russell) Mugford.
He passed away at Beverly Hospital.
He is survived by two sons, Michael Mugford of Danvers and Francis Mugford of Peabody, three of his daughters, Donna and her husband Kevin Greus of Methuen, his special daughter Carol Mugford of Lynn, and Barbara and her husband Danny Marchese of Peabody, a son-in-law, Kevin Marston of Danvers.
Also survived by ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one brother George and his wife Jan Mugford of Revere, two sisters, Pearl Northill of Tewksbury and Gloria Mugford of Florida and is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his daughter Jeanne Marton of Peabody and his grandson Kevin Greus of Peabody.
Burial at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody.
