Leslie A. Keith, 42, Kansas City, KS, died February 8, 1996, at his home. Funerel Services will be 9 a.m. Saturday, February 10, at the Maple Hill Funeral Home; burial in Maple Hill Cemetery. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
Leslie was born in Osceola, MO, and had lived in the Kansas City area all of his life. He worked as the body shop forman for Midway Ford for 20 years, leaving there in 1993. Leslie was a member of the Three Rivers Amateur Radio Club. Survivors include his wife, Patricia L. Keith, of the home; two sons, Dennis L. Keith and Timothy E. Keith, both of the home; His parents, Alden and Alma Keith, El Dorado Springs, MO; a brother, James Keith, Belton, MO; two sisters, Deloris Keith, Kansas City, KS, Teresa Coale, El Dorado Springs, MO; a brother-in-law, Ed Gilley, Kansas City, KS; his mother-in-law, Louise Gilley, Kansas City, KS; and sister-in-law, Karen Keith, Belton, MO. Leslie attended Turner High School In Kansas City Kansas, and graduated in 1972. He straightened frames in the body shop on vehicles at Midway Ford and KC Peterbuilt. Leslie loved riding his motorcycles and going fishing and hunting. He died of a long illness of colon cancer, He is greatly loved and missed by his family.
