Phil was born on October 14, 1943 in Iola, Kansas. He was a lifelong machinist and active with the Boy Scouts of America. He loved camping and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Donna (Adair) Albin; his sons: Philip Albin, Jr. and Kenneth Albin; his grandsons: Kenneth Albin, II, Patrick Albin, and Daniel Albin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Morris & Viola Albin; and his sister, Shirley Theiss.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 20th from 1:00 – 2:30 pm, with a graveside service at 2:30 pm at Longview Funeral Home & Cemetery, 12700 S Raytown Rd, Kansas City, MO 64149. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the American Alzheimer’s Association or the Little Sisters of the Poor.
