Memorial services will be held today for C. Edwin Swenson who died Saturday at age 92. A native of Illinois (sic), Mr. Swenson worked as a salesman until the age of 87. He was a member of the Masonic Order of Ottumwa, Iowa and the Pajaro Valley Coin club. He is survived by a son, Dr. Robert Swenson of Aptos; daughter Rosemary Whitney of Santa Barbara; brother Fred Swenson of Clearwater, Florida; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Naomi. A memorial service will be held at La Selva Beach community church, 26 Florido Ave….Private interment at Oakwood Cemetery.---Santa Cruz Sentinel, 10/11/1982
