George Donohue
George E. Donohue, 78, of 43929 Cameron Rd. , Wellsville, died Saturday Afternoon in Salem Community Hospital East following
A long illness.
Mr. Donohue was born May 5, 1898, in School House, WV., a son
Of Ellis Donohue and Dora Mae Riffle Donohue. He was a retired
Jiggerman from the former Wellsville China Company.
His wife, Melvina Donohue, died last April.
Survivors include two sons, George E. Donohue of Wellsville, and Melvin L. Donohue, of Webster, TX. Four daughters, Mrs Edwin
(Betty) Bayless of East Liverpool, Mrs Paul ( Dora) Campbell of
Wellsville, Mrs. Charles (Margaret) King of Las Vegas, NV. And Mrs
Maurice ( Valerie Jane) Boucher of Hacienda Hts., CA. Two brothers,
Phillip Donohue of Lisbon and Floyd Donohue of Wellsville, 28 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Services will be held Wednesday at 1 pm at the MacLean Funeral Home in Wellsville, With the Rev. Gaylord Cox of the Grace Baptist
Temple officiating. Burial will be in Yellow Creek Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday afternoon and night.
