Services for Arthur F. Albert, 70, alderman of the 43rd ward from 1921-1931, will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow in the chapel at 25 E. Erie St. Mr. Albert, of 1120 N. Lake Shore Dr. died Monday in Augustana Hospital. He began his political career as a Republican, then broke with the party and became a firebrand independent. He ran unsuccessfully in the 1931 primary for mayor. He was an attorney and former president of the Standard X-Ray Co. Mr. Albert is survived by his widow, Edwardeen; a son, Arthur Jr.; and a sister.
