Our entire community has been made very sad by the visit of the death angel, who came on Saturday night at 7:40 o'clock and took away our uncle, W.R. Blythe. He had been almost helpless for several years with a serious heart trouble, but became worse on the Sunday before his death and at last took pneumonia. He told his family he wanted to go; that he as prepared and that his troubles would be over. Rev. Matthews and Rev Adkins held the services among a large crowd of sorrowing relatives and friends to the bereaved, heart broken family. We want to extend our deepest sympathy and may God's blessing be upon them.
