FUNERALS
Mrs. Mary Coram
Funeral servces for the late Mrs. Mary L. Coram, age 70, who passed away Saturday afternoon at a local hospital, were held at the Johnson chapel this afternoon at 2 o'clock.
Services were conducted by the Rev. W. P. Griffith of Christ Episcopal church. Officers and members of Adah chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, of which Mrs. Coram had been a member for 43 years and secretary for 29 years, attended in a body.
During the services musical selections were rendered by Clide Carr and Miss Della Ve Carr accompanied by Miss Louise Hanger.
Pall bearers chosen to act were Duncan McCarthy, Reese Evans, Frank W. Cole, Thomas W. Elliot, Daniel J. Korn and George Rath. Interment was conducted in the C. E. Conrad Memorial Cemetery beside her husband.
Mrs. Coram was born in Columbus, Indiana, August 7, 1875 (sic). She came to Kalispell in 1900 and has resided here since that time. Her husband passed away in 1926. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Archibald Paterson and one son, Earl Coram, both residing in Kalispell. Also two brothers, Thomas D. Long of Libby and Colonel John D. Long of Baltimore, Maryland, and one sister, Mrs. Frank Herod of New York City.
