Mr. Vandergriff was born April 30, 1917, in Lipan. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Estill Vandergriff, in 1993.
Survivors: Brother, Johnnie Vandergriff of Azle; sister, Beatrice Britton of Dallas; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
