Daughter of Jonathan Lloyd Hale and Lillian Meleda Cusson (1905-1944).

She married Walter Herman "Red" Hale, as his second wife, on 29 Jun 1946 in Keene, Cheshire, New Hampshire. Their marriage record calls him a truck driver and her an office clerk. They had a child:

Beverly Rose Hale, 90, of Randolph, VT., formerly of Keene, NH, died Sunday, July 12, 2015.

Bev was the daughter of Jonathan L. and Lillia (Cusson) Hale. She was born in Keene on October 28, 1924 and attended area schools.

On June 29, 1946 she married Walter "Red" Hale in a ceremony held in Keene. They were happily married for 54 years before his death in January 1999.

For 10 years she worked for F.W. Woolworths before moving on to become a receptionist at the Keene Clinic for 18 years. Bev retired in 1986, and spent her time enjoying knitting, crocheting and making hand crafts. She took pleasure in doll houses and antiques. She loved working on puzzles with her granddaughter and great grandson. Bev collected lady bugs and enjoyed sharing her collection with visitors. She treasured time spent with her favorite Jeopardy partner, Drew McCaul. Bev also loved the time spent with the family black lab, Cairo. Beverly had moved to Vermont to be closer to her family in 2005. During her final months she enjoyed new friends and activities at her residence, in the Joslyn House, in Randolph.

Bev is survived by her daughter: Tania Santini and her husband Bob of Brookfield, VT.; a grandson: Jason Santini, his wife Helen, and their two sons, Zach and Alex all of Plainville, CT; a granddaughter: Jessica Santini, her son Cole Norkon and her fiance Timothy Smith of Rutland, VT. She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years: Walter "Red" Hale and her sister Shirley M Ross.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 12:00 pm at the Fletcher Funeral Home. One hour of visitation will be held prior to services, from 11:00 until 12:00. Burial will take place in the Monadnock View Cemetery, Park Ave, Keene, following the service.

Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Joslyn House, 16 Maple St, Randolph, VT 05060 Attn: Arlene Wright.
