Piney Ann Luper, age 76, of Springdale, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at Earlene Howard Circle of Life Hospice House.
She was born August 17, 1940, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the daughter of Jack and Ina Jewell (McClendon) Guist.
She was retired from Allen Canning Company.
She attended Mercy & Grace Cathedral Church.
She is preceded by her husband, Carl Luper; her parents; three brothers, and two sisters.
She is survived by one son, Robert Luper (and his wife, Bobbie) of Fayetteville; three daughters, Helen Harrington (and her husband, David) of Humboldt, Kansas, Sharon Luper of Rogers, and Letha Collins (and her husband, Jay) of Chester; three sisters, Carolyn Spears (and her husband, Paul) of Springdale, Marcella Sides (and her husband, Dan) of Durham, Oklahoma, and Ruth Hunter of Oxen Hill, Maryland; ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be From 5:00-7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 1, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home, Springdale, Arkansas.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m.,June 2, 2017 in the chapel of Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Marler officiating.
Burial will follow in Hickory Creek Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Robert Luper, Bradley Denny, Heath Denny, Joshua Magnuson, Christopher Collins, Jay Collins, Anthony Harrington and Chad Harrington.
