Joined a church and moved here from Grainger County, TN. He has a tombstone with his wife Lottie Kelly Roach in the Shiloh Cem., Grainger County. He died at the home of his nephew, Goldmon Roach and is buried in an unmarked grave on Cleveland Highway, Whitfield County in what was called the Church of God Union Assembly. Most of the grave there were moved to the West Hill Cemetery when the road was widened. Frank is still there.
