Wilma Schatz went to be with her Lord and Savior, and her beloved husband Wally, on June 2, 2017. Wilma was born on May 6, 1927 in Ponca City, OK to Frank Schutte and Alice Edith (Davis) Schutte.

Survived by two daughters; son-in-law; two grandsons; three great-grandchildren; and numerous friends and Schutteville nieces and nephews.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Edith Schutte, her sisters, Alice Fulkerson, Elsie Greb, Freta Hamlin, Ruby Arnold and her brother Bill Schutte.

A funeral service will be held at First Christian Church in Ponca City at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, June 7th, 2017 with Larry Metzger officiating. Burial will be at Odd Fellows Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home and Crematory in Ponca City.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Ponca City Humane Society.
