Clara HARTFORD
HARTFORD Clara Clara (Blydenburgh) Hartford, 82, made her transition to Heaven peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, July 9, 2011, at her home surrounded by loved ones. Clara was born on February 8, 1929, in Long Island, New York, to Clarence Wheeler Blydenburgh and Helen Ann Gillis. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Deborah (Douglas) Clinton of Toledo, Ohio; two sisters, Ann (James) Reed of New Mexico and Patricia Gillis of Indiana; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 4 great- great grandchildren; many other loving family members and friends; and her best pal, Charlie. Clara was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Albert Gillis; son, James Hartford; and daughter, Darlene McHugh. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Clara's name are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg Center, 30000 East River Rd., Perrysburg, Ohio 43551. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
