Born in Providence, the daughter of the late Joseph and Virginia (West) Troiano, she lived in Warwick since 1953.
She was a 1965 cum laude graduate of Rhode Island College. Ms. Troiano was employed as a social worker with the State of Rhode Island for 15 years. She had earlier taught in Catholic schools for a year.
She is survived by several cousins, including Rose M. Ruggieri of Cranston; and a Goddaughter, Kelliann Shaw.
Her funeral was held on Wednesday, June 7, from the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Peter Church, 350 Fair Street, Warwick. Visiting hours were held on Wednesday from 8-10 a.m. Burial was in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
