Dick was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, and was the son of Yvonne A. (Ethier) and Gaspard J. Theriaque. He was the husband of Arline R. (Messier) Theriaque and died Monday, December 1, 1997, at Rockville General Hospital. He lived in Vernon since 1966. He had worked for Pratt & Whitney as a systems analyst for 22 years, and was presently employed as a computer consultant for TCA of Glastonbury. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Dick was an avid golfer and softball player, and a 20-year member of the French Canadian Genealogical Society of Tolland.
Richard was very much loved, and will be missed by his family and his many friends. The funeral will be Friday morning at Ladd-Turkington Funeral Home on Talcottville Road, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. The calling hours are Thursday evening at the funeral home, and memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 237 Center St., Manchester, Conn., 06040.
