Charles Robert Newth, at the age of 97, died peacefully in Boerne, Texas, on June 12, 2017. He was born on January 1, 1920, in Dublin, Texas, to Vinnie Ella and Harry Newth. Charles Robert Newth, was a true gentleman, who would set aside his own concerns to support the needs of others, particularly in his family. Fatherhood to him was to love, that to give and then even give more, defining the true meaning of a wonderful human being. Therefore, he defined the art of being a selfless and a loving person who truly was a man of many riches by simply being a father and loving individual to all who knew him. He is survived by many family members who knew him as this true kind gentleman; his son Richard Charles Newth, living in Mansfield, Texas, his daughter Linda Kay Stotts, living in Boerne, Texas, and his loving son-in-law, that he genuinely felt was the gift of a second son, Kenna Lee Stotts, husband of Linda Kay Stotts. Additional family members who also survived him are many and consists partially of; Beverly June Newth, wife of his son, Richard Newth, his first granddaughter Dayla Kay Barotti, daughter of Linda Stotts, George Richard Nelligan III, his great grandson, born to Dayla Kay Barotti, William Richard Barotti, husband of Dayla Kay Barotti, Stefanie Ann Mitchell, his granddaughter, Richard Scott Newth, his grandson, Tracy Lynn Cleveland, his granddaughter, all born to his son Richard Charles Newth; Spouses, Warren Cleveland, Danny Wayne Mitchell; Great Grandchildren, Alexandra Cleveland, Blake Mitchell, Elizabeth Newth Jungers, Mia Newth, and Faith Mitchell . Hannah Cleveland, daughter of Richard Charles Newth's deceased daughter, Jennifer Ann; plus expected wife of Richard Scott Newth, Michelle Phillips. Services will consist of a viewing on Thursday, June 15th, 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home in Arlington, Texas, 4216 South Bowen Road. A gravesite ceremony will then be held at the Parkdale Cemetery in Arlington, Texas, at 11:00 AM, June 16th. Charles Robert Newth will be buried in the family burial plot at Parkdale in Arlington, next to his deceased wife of 68 years, Dorothy Helen Newth.
