The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, at First United Methodist Church in Junction City for Mary Etta Petersen Crabtree of Junction City. She died Feb. 21 of age-related causes at age 84.

She was born July 10, 1922, in Kenesaw, Neb., to Charles and Anna Lewis Morrison. She married Victor Petersen on Dec. 31, 1947, in Lincoln, Neb. He died Sept. 20, 1968. She married Marden Crabtree on Oct. 4, 1982, in Junction City, and he died Jan. 12, 1993.

She worked in shipyards and sheet metal, and she did millwork in a molding plant. She owned a gift shop and a dry cleaning business.

Survivors include a son, Dale Petersen of Myrtle Creek; four daughters, Carol Freese and Estella Phearson, both of Junction City, and Nancy Hunt and Vicki Taylor, both of Springfield; a brother, William Morrison of Omaha, Neb.; a sister, Leona Zakaras of Sheridan; 21 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. Four daughters, Mary Mayberry, Wanda O'Niel, Shirley Wylie and Judy Parke, and a granddaughter, Melissa Hunt, died previously.

Private burial will be in the Danish Cemetery in Junction City. Arrangements by Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home in Junction City. Remembrances to Girl Scouts of Western Rivers in care of the funeral home.
