Grace Allen was the daughter of Benjamin Allen and Frances (Rice) Allen, and she married Benjamin Harrington Jr about 1713 as his first wife. Grace Allen Harrington died in Weston on 6 January 1729/30.

Benjamin, Jr. and Grace (Allen) Harrington had 6 children:

1.Grace, born 1 August 1714, married 10 May 1734 Isaac Gregory; married Joseph Woolson Jr 3 Nov 1761.
2. Sarah, born 26 September 1715, married 20 February 1739/40 John Warren III;
3. Jonas, born 3 April 1717, married 23 December 1742,
4. Abigail, born 26 January 1719/20, married 3 April 1746 (as his 3rd wife) James Stimson Jr;
5. Mary, born 12 July 1722, married (int.) 27 April 1751, Stephen Randall;
6. Anna, born 26 August 1726, married 20 January 1745/46 Jonathan Bullard IV.
