Norma Jean Nelson, born February 18, 1928, to Dillard J. and Terbina Hanley Gossett, in Marion, Indiana, went to be with her Lord on Monday, June 18, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Joan Gossett Kiley and an infant son. She is survived by her daughter, Lynn-Mari Nelson Cicle, and sons, Philip, Vincent and Patric Nelson, grandchildren Clayton Cicle, Monica Cicle and Trestin Townsend, four greatgrandchildren, her sister, Carolyn Ruch, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Jean was a legal secretary active in Catholic charismatic renewal and served many years with 700 Club in Tulsa. She was a member of the Sanctuary Prayer Group at Church of the Resurrection. She sat on the boards of several interdenominational ministries. Her prayers and wisdom were sought out by people of many different faiths. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to John 3:16 Mission, Tulsa, OK. Friends can call at the funeral home between 4:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2012.
