BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA OBITUARY – 2017
Thelma Abts, 81, of Springville, passed away Monday, June 19 [2017]. She was a loving wife to her husband of 60 years, Earl, and a great and wonderful mom to her seven children, Wayne, Joe (Lahetta), Donna (Mike), Jeff (Sue), Danny (Darlene), Mary (Chris), and Carl (Michelle); 14 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. The family attended Our Lady of Lourdes Church for many years. Earl and Thelma attended Holy Infant of Prague Church when they moved to Springville. Visitation will take place Thursday, June 22, at 9 a.m. at Holy Infant of Prague Church in Trussville, followed by the funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Internment will be in the parish Columbarium. Reception to follow in the parish hall.
