Pickett, Cecil Woodard, 88, passed away June 21, 2017. He was a retired truck driver of over 60 years and loved to travel in his motorhome.
Cecil was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Pickett; sister, Hallie Pedigo; brother, Harry Pickett; and grandson, Justin Eaton.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Shirley H. Pickett; his children, Rebecca Schoenlaub, Vela Freestone (Gary), and Thomas Pickett (Betty); grandchildren, Jason (Darlene), Travis, Heather, Stephanie, Jennifer (Tyler), Leslie (Jordan), and Audrey; great-grandchildren, Emily, Allison, Madison, Kiersie, Kylee, Brooklynn, Justin, Morgan, Jurnee, Jed, Talton, Jaylen, Lily, Lucy, Julian, Laynie, and Tyler.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 12 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home Dignity Chapel with burial at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 2 pm-8 pm at the funeral home.
