Ivan Ross Adams, age 85 of Greenville, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2017. He had worked for Beale Construction and later for 20 years he worked with GHR Foundry and also with F & M Construction. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and raccoon hunting. Ivan had attended the Ansonia First Church of God. He is survived by his daughter: Patricia (Lewis L.) Huddleson of Arcanum, sons: Larry (Susan) Adams of Brookville, Gary (Angelee) Adams of New Lebanon, 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, siblings: Corbett Adams of Moraine, Clint Adams of Moraine, Clifton Adams of KY, Pearl “Hank” Adams of South Salem, Carlos Adams of KY, Van Adams of KY, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife: Gladys (Baker) Adams, daughter: Freedia Clifford , parents: Coy and Ella (Lewis) Adams, sister: Tyler and brothers: Dexter and Richard. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood) with Chaplain Todd Reish officiating. Interment will follow the service at Bear Creek Cemetery near Trotwood. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 10:00 a.m. until time of services. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Brethren Community Retirement Home- Memory Care Unit.
