Dudley Wayne Hook, 90, of Logansport, Indiana passed away May 30th, 2017 at Parkway Gardens in Fairview Heights, IL.

Born May 31, 1926 in La Porte, he was the son of the late John & Velma (Slack) Hook and brother of Marna Hook. On July 27, 1955, he married the love of his life, Elizabeth Jean Barr.

He was a US Navy veteran, earning the WWII Victory Medal, an avid golfer who won tournaments across Southern California, a talented nature photographer and proud Mason of the Grand Lodge of the Free Masons of California as well as a Scottish Rite member. Following a half a century of devoted Masonic service, he was presented The Golden Veterans Award.

Dudley retired from Federal Mogul in Downey, California, where he had worked as a Manufacturing Engineer for 30 years.

Immediate survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Jean (Barr) Hook, his niece Jodi Barr and nephew Gregg Barr.

Graveside services will be held at Royal Center Cemetery at a later date.
