NICHOLASVILLE - Goldie Lee Reynolds Becknell, 86, widow of Robert Hugh Becknell, died Thursday at the home of her daughter after an illness.
Born in Madison County, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Lizzie Collins Reynolds. She was a member of Nicholasville Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Ida Katherine Stipe of Nicholasville; two sisters, Geneva Becknell of Nicholasville and Eudel Kurtz of Danville; and a granddaughter.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Betts and West Funeral Home by the Rev. Bobby Becknell. Burial will be in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
