MAJER – Dec. 9., 1949. CARL T., husband of Virginia H. Majer. Funeral & interment private on Monday. Relatives & friends may call at residence, 3423 W. Queen Lane, East Falls, on Sun. eve. It is requested that no flowers be sent. Remembrances may be sent to Old Academy Players and Women’s Medical College Hospital.

Carl Titus Majer, a member of the staff of Radio Station WIBG, died Friday at his home, 3423 Queen lane, East Falls, after a month’s illness. He was 52. Mr. Majer was a brother of Mrs. Margaret M. Kelly, wife of John B. Kelly, contractor and member of the Fairmount Park Commission. He also is survived by his wife, Virginia; a daughter, Virginia; and a brother, Bruno, of Philadelphia. Mr. Majer was connected with the textile designing business for many years. He was interested in the old Academy Players and was a member of the Philadelphia Canoe Club. Funeral and burial tomorrow will be private.
