Albert C. Fultz, 78, of Delphi, died at 4:40 a.m. on Dec. 1, 2004, in his son’s residence.

Born in Tazewell, Tenn., on May 28, 1926, he was the son of Neil and Ellen Runion Fultz. He attended Tazewell schools. His marriage was to Nellie G. Engle in Middlesboro, Ky., on March 1, 1945, and she survives.

Mr. Fultz worked at Wood All Industries in Monroe, Mich., for 21 years. He was a Missionary Baptist minister and preached at Brownstown Missionary Baptist Church for 20 years. He attended Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Delphi.

Also surviving are three sons, David Fultz (wife: Linda), Carlie Fultz (wife Debra), and Steven A. Fultz, all of Delphi; two daughters, Elizabeth Allison (husband: Bill), and Karen M. Daniels, all of Dayton, Ohio; seven sisters, Diane Floyd (husband: Bob), and Wilma Smith, all of Delphi, Patsy Merrill (husband: Bob), Renda Kline (husband: Dick), and Frances Wilson, all of Lafayette, Barbara McTigue of Logansport, and Brenda Lind (husband: Fred) of Indianapolis; five brothers, Neil Fultz Jr. (wife: Pat) of Arizona, Floyd Fultz (wife: Rita) of Lafayette, Eugene Fultz (wife: Carol) of Delphi, Jack Fultz (wife Jan), and Edward Fultz (wife Lenor) all of Tennessee; 27 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grand- children. He was preceded in death by three daughters, two grandchildren, and a great-grandson.

Services were Dec. 3 in Delphi, with burial at Pleasant Run Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Abbott Funeral Home.
