In the name of God amen, I Anderson G. Gee of the County of Lunenburg being in feeble health but of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament revoking all others.

Item 1st I give and bequeath to my grand son Early Ashley Gee my watch usually worn by me.

Item 2nd I give to my grand son Leon E. Gee my Iron greny cret.

Item 3rd I give to the children of my son Geo E. Gee my stock of horses, hogs, sheep and cattle.

Irem 4th I will and desire that the balance of my estate of every kind and classification both real and personal be divided with live equal parts one half I give to the children of my daughter Mary E. Gee to be equally divided between them or their heirs. The other half I give to my grand children, the children of my son George E. Gee, to be held in trust by my grandson E. Ashley Gee who is hereby appointed trustee. All of said property both real and personal I hereby give to the said children of George E. Gee to be held by the said E. Ashley Gee as trustee for the sole use and benefit of said children until the youngest child becomes twenty one years of age, then, to be equally divided between them as such of them as many then be living, but each of said children to be entitled to draw his or her portion of said property as he or she becomes twenty one years of age.

I further will and desire that in dividing my real estate as above stated that it be divided in equal number of acres without linking the value in consideration and that half infirm with all my mansion houses as situated together with the necessary outbuildings be assigned to E. Ashley Gee as trustee for the use and benefit of the children of my son George E. Gee.

Lastly, I name and appoint my friend John W. Overly executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 10th day of October 1885.

In Lunenburg County Court June 10, 1895. The foregoing last will and testament of A. G. Gee deceased was this day produced in Court by J.W. Overly, the executor therein named and fully pressed by the oath of J.W. Overly and J.A. Overly and the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. And in the notations of said executors who affirmed in court under oath and together with James R. Gee as his surety who testified on oath in his sufficiency, evident with and acknowledged a bond in the financial of $400. Considered according to law, which bond is ordered to be recorded. Certification is given execution for obtaining probate of said will in due form.
