Kathryn B. "Kay" Fauver, age 97, of Wauseon passed away early Friday July 28, 2017 in her home. She had been a lifelong homemaker.
Mrs. Fauver (Kathryn Mae Blair) was born in Wauseon, Ohio on May 25, 1920, the daughter of the late Dale J. and the late Anna Belle (Aeschliman) Blair. She married Stanley C. Fauver. He preceded her in death in 2011. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Wauseon.
Surviving is son; Blair Fauver of Wauseon, daughter; Judith Miller of Delta and grandchildren Joel Fauver, Tanya Miller and Tara D'Amore. Also surviving are great-grandchildren Nastassia Troyer, Miranda D'Amore and Katelyn Fauver. Preceding her in death besides her husband, was sister Jane Grieser(2009) and son-in-law, Randy Miller in 1975.
A Memorial service will be held 11:00am Monday July 31, 2017 at the First Christian Church with Pastor Michael Doerr officiating. Interment will be in the Wauseon Union Cemetery. There will be no visitation. The Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon has been entrusted with arrangements.
