Joseph Reece Murphy ("Joe", from his closest friends), was a father, husband, and a hard worker. He served 10 years in the Army and was a Civil Engineer when he got out. He died on April 1, 2003 in his sleep from Asbestosis in the lungs. He must had gotten it from working in an asbestos factory, in the early 60's. He was diagnosed with it about 1 year before he died. I'm his daughter and I want to dedicate this short bio about him...I love you, Papa.
