George J. Theriaque, 68, of 888 Carew St., died Friday in Mercy Hospital. He was born in Chicopee Falls, Jan. 25, 1897, son of the late Barnabe and Stella (Corbeille) Theriaque. He lived in this city 50 years. He was employed as an inspector by Westinghouse Electric Corp., for 47 years, retiring Feb. 1, 1962. He was a veteran of World War I, a member of Our Lady of Hope Church, a life member of Westinghouse Employees Association and a member of Westinghouse IUE Local 202, Frank W. Ackerman American Legion Post 3236, of Ludlow, and Council for the Aging. He was the husband of the late Delima (Fredette) Theriaque. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Claire Dulude of North Wilbraham; three brothers in this city, Louis, Ernest and Casper; a sister, Miss Viola Theriaque of this city, and three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held Tuesday at 8:15 a. m. at Edward F. O'Donnell funeral home with a requiem high mass at 9 in Our Lady of Hope Church. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery. Visiting hours at the funeral home are tonight from 7 to 10.
