DUNCAN --- Charles E., 65, 361 Ohio St., died Sept. 24, 1971, at home. Born July 24, 1906, in Vintondale, son of George W. and Ella (Stiles) Duncan. Survived by widow, former Hilda Grening, and these daughters: Beverly, wife of Arnold Benford, Somerset; Faye, wife of Ralph L. Lear, 656 Russell Ave.; and Peggy Ann, wife of Richard Ondick, 124 Hostetler Road; also seven grandchildren. Brother of Mrs. Jane O'Palka, 365 Ohio St., and Mrs. Ella Rea Carney, Seward, Member of Moxham Lutheran Church. Retired employe, Johnstown Plant, Bethlehem Steel Corp. Friends received after 2 p.m. Saturday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 214 Central Av., where service will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday, the Rev. Dr. George I. Melhorn. Interment, Pine Land Cemetery, Strongstown.
