Farol Maxine Clayson DeGraw passed away Monday, July 3, 2017, from causes incident to age. Farol celebrated her 91st birthday with family and close friends on June 30, 2017. Farol was born in Mammoth, Utah on June 30, 1926, to Harold Franklin and Madge Hansen Clayson. She lived in Benjamin, Utah during her youth and graduated from Spanish Fork High School and Seminary.

She married Dan C. DeGraw and they have been married for 72 years. They are the parents of five children. She was an exemplary mother and wife and spent her life serving them.

Farol worked for Red Topper Drive-Inn for many years. She later got a job working for Nebo School District as a Special Needs Bus Aide. She loved those children and they loved her. She was an avid bowler and loved the game. Farol loved camping with family and friends on weekends. Farol and Dan were actively involved in the Spanish Fork Senior Citizens and were willing volunteers. A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Farol served in numerous callings.

She is survived by her sweetheart, Dan; children, Diane (Paul) Abraham, Gary (Kathy) DeGraw, Denise (Buddy) Bradford, Rodney DeGraw, and Kent DeGraw, of Spanish Fork, Utah; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Walker Funeral Home, 187 S. Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Family and friends may visit on Friday evening, July 7, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and on Saturday morning from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
