She is survived by her daughters Joanne Mulholland, Theresa Condran (Ed), and Sharon Welsh (Diane), her sister Joan Braun, grandchildren Danny, Jillian, Eddie, Milo, and Jane.
Mildred's Life Celebration will be held on Monday, 6 to 8 pm, and on Tuesday, 11am to 12pm, at John F. Givnish Funeral Home, 10975 Academy Rd, Philadelphia, where a service will be held on Tuesday at 12pm. Interment to follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, c/o Mature Adults, 6001 Colgate St., Philadelphia, PA 19111.
