Fun, and Funny Mom, she loved to laugh and joke and have fun with her children and grandchildren. She was very bright and well read. She was the family historian. She was a shutter bug and enjoyed taking pictures of all her travels. She had several long time friends and was very active until the end. She loved animals and had an "animal voice" she used to talk to them in.
In the late 1950's she worked in the offices of the Resurrection Cemetary where her first husband and 3 babies were buried, it gave her a comfort to be there she said. She now is laid to rest in that same cemetary. The most recent photo shown was taken about 2 1/2 weeks prior to her passing away.

Our mom had such respect for the one's that left before her that she visited their graves frequently for over 50 years, the florist knew her personally and sent her the most beautiful floral spray anyone has ever seen. If you have a moment please click on and visit my dad, brothers and sister.
Thank you for all the posts, I read them and feel connected to everyone on this site.
