Charles "Barry" Dillard, 73, of Mills River, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Charles George VA Medical Center.
Second son born to Gene and Sue Dillard. Barry graduated from West Henderson High School Class of 1964. He was drafted into the Army the following year. He served in Germany.
He is survived by his loving wife, EvaDean Dillard; daughters, Angela Young and Tonya Hembree; and six grandchildren.
Predeceased by his Parents; his older brother, Archie; and his son, Charles Gregory Dillard.
His burial will take place at Mills River Presbyterian Church during a private service.
Survived by one brother: Edwin Bradford "Brad" Dillard
and his nieces and nephews.
