Margaret worked as a supervisor at Sundstrand from 1939 until retiring in 1976. She married Charles Adamitis on August 3, 1957, in Belvidere, Illinois. He predeceased her on April 7, 2005.
She was an excellent bowler, winning All-City events two times.
Margaret is survived by: special niece, Linda (Michael) Strang; nieces, Carolyn (Dennis) Politic, Grace Jurgens, and Joyce (Steve Johnson) Jurgens; nephews, Bruce (Karen) Jurgens and Randy (Ann) Jurgens; grand-nieces and nephews, Thyra, Brian, Andrew, Elizabeth and Jonathan; her late husband's extended family, including step-son, DeWayne (Donna) Fellows.
She was predeceased by: parents; husband; sister, Ruth; and brothers, Eric and Evert.
Funeral service on Friday, March 6, 2009, at Grace United Methodist Church. Burial in Arlington Memorial Park.
