Survived by wife Mrs. Winnie Florence Pippin Denson; three daughters: Mrs. Billy Marks, Mrs. Charles Cox, both of Lebanon, Mrs. Haskel Allen of Cookeville, Tenn.; three sons: James Alvin Denson; A.C. Denson, Dennie Lee Denson; one brother, John Woodie Denson of Lebanon; one sister, Mrs. Russell Loftis of Lebanon; one half sister, Mrs. Mary Williams of Cumberland, Kentucky: 16 grandchildren.
