She married Paul Alderson June 18, 1960, at Aurora, CO. She married Gary Bird on March 16, 1999, at McPherson, KS. Gary passed away March 6, 2017.
Andra was a Registered Nurse, practicing nursing for 30 years. She was a nursing instructor at Barton Community College for five years. She was a member of The Father's House Church, Larned, KS.
Survivors include daughters, Miechele "Shelly" (Mark) Riedel, North Carolina; Trasa Maguire, Larned, KS; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one niece, one nephew, two great-nieces and two great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gary; daughter, Chris Alderson; and sister, Linda Satterlee.
