Daniel Thomas Teets, 44, Port Huron resident for many year, died Friday at the American Legion hospital, Battle Creek, after an illness of four months.

He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Ruth McClintic and Mrs. Mary McKenzie, both or Detroit, and Mrs. Margaret Hodgson, Lapeer; two brothers, Pvt. Leo Teets, stationed at Moore field, Tex., and Frank Teets, M. Pleasant; and his mother, Mrs. Anna Teets, Detroit.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Albert A. Falk & Son mortuary. Burial will In Lynn cemetery near Yale.
