Charles Edward Bidamon was the son of Lewis Crum Bidamon and Nancy O. Perryman (Abercrombie).

Charles married Rose Walther December 23, 1885 in Hancock County, Illinois.

Charles and Rose had at least ten children together.

L.D.S. DOCUMENTS RETURNED TO S.L.

SALT LAKE CITY, July 21 (AP) Historic documents of the Latter-day Saints church were returned today to Salt Lake City from Wilmette, Ill.

The documents, purchased by Wilford C. Wood and Dr. W. M. Stookey, directors of Utah Pioneer Trails and Landmarks association, include the original manuscript of the "Pearl of Great Price," a church book; property inventories and a history of the incarceration of Joseph Smith, prophet of the church.

Purchase was made from Charles E. Bidamon, son of Major Bidamon, second husband of Emma Smith, widow of Prophet Joseph Smith.
