Surviving are the widow, Mary; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Ida Lomelina, Mrs. Mildred Talkington, both of Virden; one step son, Norman L. Carter, of Coffeyville, Kan.; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchildren; two brothers; and five sisters.

Services were at Berry Funeral Home.

Burial was in Virden cemetery.
