Kent loved the outdoors, mining for rocks, and playing the guitar. He was an accomplished sculptor in both stone and wood. He will be remembered for the chainsaw bears that he carved, that have gone all over the United States and as far as Germany.
Kent was a firm believer of Bible prophecy, and as such had faith in the hope of the resurrection through Jesus Christ.
He is survived by his wife, a son, a daughter, a brother, and two sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents, C.E. Anderson and Lula Anderson, and three brothers, Carl, Frank, and Bob.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, Dec. 17, 2000 at 4 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1515 Fairview Drive, in Tularosa.
