Arthur Frohlich Dies; Retired Postal Employee
Arthur W. Frohlich, a longtime employee of the post office, died in this city Wednesday.
Mr. Frohlich had been a clerk at the Uptown Post Office. He retired March 3, 1944 after 36 years as a postal employee.
A member of Old Dutch Church and a life member of Kingston Lodge No. 10. F&AM, he was secretary of the local chapter NARCE.
He is survived by his wife, the former Elsie Robbins. Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Egbert V. Maxwell; a son Robin A. Frohlich; two grandchildren, Jeffrey and Jo Ann Maxwell. Also surviving are several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the W. N. Conner Funeral Home Inc., 296 Fair Street, Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
