He was a native of Glasgow, KY, a retired plant operator for Ashland Oil Refinery and a member of Larchmont Church of God.
Mr. Bailey is survived by his wife, daughter, sister, grandson, and two great-grandchildren.
His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd., with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 1-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may go to WHAS Crusade for Children.
