He was a manager of quality control and customer service for the Jefferson County Public School System with 18 years of service. He was a member of Parkland Baptist Church, National Rifle Association and AARP and a former member of Louisville Bassmasters Club.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, two sons, a loving daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, a sister, and very special family and friends that were dear to him.
His funeral service will be held at noon Tuesday at Resthaven Funeral Home, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. Monday and after 10 a.m. Tuesday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Heart Association.
