Ruth Elizabeth Bieber of Avenue died Feb. 1, 1986, at Washington Hospital Center. She was 70.
Mrs. Bieber, wife of the late Leroy Bieber.
She was born in Avenue on July 19, 1915. To Frank Henry Faunce & Pearl Elizabeth Brown Faunce.
Mrs. Bieber is survived by her sisters Rebecca E. Gass, Marie A. Thompson, Mary Helen Gass, Mary Jo Bourgault, Nell Morris, Jean Wood, and Christine Morgan. Another sister, Mary Hazel McVeigh, died Jan. 28 in Florida.
A brother Henry Faunce survives but Sam Faunce predeceased his sister.
Prayers were said at the Mattingley Funeral Home in Leonardtown on Feb. 4. A funeral service was offered t All Saints Church in Oakley. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers for Mrs. Bieber were Buck Wood, Walter Morris, Ray Thompson, Ray Morgan, DeSales Gass, Al Bourgault, Eddie Faunce and John Russell.
