.Former Student Here Is Killed.
Relatives here have received word that Tommy Beacham, 15, formerly of Gadsden was killed about midnight Friday in a two-car collision in Flint, Michigan. Young Beachman, son of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Beacham, is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. M.T. Smith, West Gadsden. He has four aunts and six uncles here. Before moving to Flint with his parents, Tommy attended the Eleventh Street Elementary School and Disque Jr. High School. His father attended the Gadsden School of Trades and was employed by a plumbing company. Reports received by relatives said a woman in the other car also was killed. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Collier-Butler Funeral Home.

Funeral service for George Thomas Beacham, 16, of Flint, Michigan, formerly of Gadsden, who was killed Dec. 1 in an auto accident, will be held tomorrow at Collier-Butler Funeral Home. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. The body will remain at the chapel through the hour of service. Active and honorary pallbearers were named in the obituary.
